Based on the criteria in the job profile our consultants make a first selection of candidates who have shown interest in the vacancy. These candidates are approached by telephone to discuss relevant information regarding the vacancy.

Online assessment

Thanks to our personal approach and the reliable online assessment, we can provide a complete and proficient image of you as a candidate. And so both parties know what they may expect from each other. For the online assessment we use the 16pf questionnaire, where 16pf stands for the 16 personality factors. The 16pf questionnaire is an effective way to get a better view in talent and check if the candidate is suitable candidate.

During the personal interview the most important skills and competences will be analysed and discussed. Furthermore the results of the online Assessment will be discussed and diplomas will be checked.

Introduction

Based on the findings of the first interview round and the online 16pf assessment we have a good view of the candidate as well professional and personal. Only the most suitable candidates will be introduced to the client. After the introduction and the several interviews there will be decided which candidate is the most suitable for the vacancy.

Evaluation

We guide the entire search process from start till the end. After signing the contract we still stay in contact to evaluate and inform how things are going at the new job. Personally, committed and knowledgeable, that is what we are!
