From an early age, Caroline has been fascinated by food and how products are made. This curiosity led her to study Commercial Food Technology at Van Hall Larenstein and at HAS Den Bosch. Combining technological expertise with commercial insight, Caroline built a strong foundation for her career in the food industry.

In previous roles in R&D, innovation, and product management, she has worked on product development, portfolio optimization, and customer-oriented solutions for the B2B market. For Ceres, she focuses on commercial, R&D, and quality positions within the food and ingredients sector.
